Postmortem image processing pipeline I needed a way to visualize a gross neuropathology in 3D. To do so, I built a cloud-based imaging pipeline that took in situ hybridized image sections of neocortex, registered them to each other, and generated a density cloud approximation for each laminar structure. This pipeline lead to a detailed description of patches of abberant expression in the neocortex of individuals with autism.
